• The WATENSOL S concentrate is available from the following depots:

• One plastic container (5 l) of WATENSOL S concentrate is sufficient for the production of 10 m³ cleaning solution (dilution 1: 2000).

• The cleaning agent WATENSOL S and the special cleaning method have been patented at the European Patent Office in Munich/Germany

TANKCLEANING METHOD

• Our Tankcleaning method , based on the special cleaning agent WATENSOL®, operates with the normal tank-wash-system of the vessel.

  

• WATENSOL®S can be injected during the cleaning procedure
• WATENSOL®S in plastic buckets (5 l) is calculated for the production of 10 m³ cleaning solution (dilution 1 : 2000)
• The tank materials resp. tank coatings known to us (Stainless Steel, Dimetcoat, Epoxy, Carbozink) will not be affected by the cleaning solution (0.05%) produced with WATENSOL®S.
• For the tankcleaning a solution of only 0.05% of our cleaning agent WATENSOL®S in fresh water or seawater is necessary, this allows the cleaning of tanks as well as lines and pumps from previous cargoes such as:

  • MINERAL OILS

  • CHEMICALS

  • PARAFFINES

  up to a standard that chemicals of high purity can be loaded, such as:

  • CHLORINATED HYDROCARBONES	• TOLUENE
  • GLYCOL	• METHANOL

• WATENSOL®S is no "dangerous good" in the regulations of transport such as land, sea and air. According to our knowledge, the use of WATENSOL®S neither produces any problems regarding the construction material of the loading tanks/lines/pumps, nor causes any danger to human health and environment if used as per our manuals.
• WATENSOL®S is admitted bei IMO as agent for tankcleaning under MARPOL annex II.
• WATENSOL®S - TANKCLEANING ensures a considerable reduction of the amount of slops as well an important sawing of time.
