  • Analysis of additives: preservants (as parabenes, phenoxethol, sodiumbenzoate, dehydroacetac acid, triclosan, IPBC, potassium sorbate) formaldehyde
  • productanalysis: complete analysis of the INCI declaration
  • Contaminants: aflatoxines, aromatics, dioxane, ethyleneoxide, chlorine, organic halogen compounds, naphtalene, pesticides acc. to Ph. Eur., residual solvents, heavy metals
  • Analysis of feedstock: heavy metals, chemical key numbers (as hydroxyl value, iodine value, peroxide value, saponification value, softening point, drop point, viscosity, flash point, PAH according to FDA 172.886 and 178.3620, content determination, testing according to monographs of pharmacopoeia
  • Microbiological testing: Efficacy of antimicrobial preservation, test for specified micro-organisms, total viable aerobic count
  • migration of heavy metals out of pigments
  • Determination of active agents in skin extracts and water after bathing (subject testing)

Performing of analysis

  • In accordance with standards of DAB, Amtliche Sammlung § 64 LFGB and other known standards
  • With GC ( FID, ECD, MS ) AAS, ICP, HPLC (UV, Fluorescence, DAD )
  • Microbiology (Test for sufficient conservation) 

Approval

  • As Chemists (Commercial Chemist) appointed and sworn in by the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce (Dr. Meyer and Dr. Kramer)
